About ALA REACH

ALA REACH supports Arkansas Leadership Academy’s three focus areas of Collaborative Leadership, Collective Efficacy, and Cultural Competence to enhance student-focused education, continual school improvement, and educational equity and excellence for all Arkansas students.

ALA REACH provides FREE professional learning for current Arkansas education leaders and aspiring leaders. All Arkansas educators and policymakers are invited to use ALA REACH opportunities and resources. There is no application process for ALA REACH. Spark! Virtual

Professional Learning Network

Spark! is a Virtual Professional Learning Network designed to foster conversation and share best practices about trending school issues and challenges. Each session focuses on a specific issue through presentations, or mini-lessons, and conversations guided by Arkansas educational leaders. Synchronous sessions are offered on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.

ALA REACH values engagement and strives to create a collaborative learning environment. We encourage teachers, teacher leaders, aspiring leaders, and administrators to actively participate by providing feedback and ideas for sessions on educational topics they find valuable and relevant. Your insights are crucial in shaping our offerings to better meet the needs of our educational community.

If you have a passion for a particular educational topic and would like to share your expertise, we invite you to consider presenting a brief session. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of your peers while also enhancing your own skills and knowledge.
