The Arkansas Leadership Academy (ALA) is pleased to announce Bradley Webber will serve as the new Master Principal Program (MPP) Director beginning July 1, 2022. "We are excited to have Mr. Webber join the team at the Arkansas Leadership Academy. His experience and expertise as a building level leader will add to the rich tradition of the Master Principal Progam, and his enthusiasm and servant leadership will be an asset to school leaders, teachers, and students in every corner of the state," Kerri White, Director of the Arkansas Leadership Academy, said.

Webber has served as the principal for Fulbright Junior High School in Bentonville since 2013. He brings expertise as a collaborative leader, who is passionate in building a network of professionals who are innovating and overcoming obstacles to provide high-quality opportunities for students and their families in Arkansas.

“The staff and fellow educators I met through the Master Principal Program surrounded me not only in compassion but also encouragement, readily implementable tools, and feedback that helped me and my school move forward," Webber said.
